SME Programme

Many business people believe that programmes like ours are only a good idea for large organisations with vast numbers of staff and ambitious HR managers with nothing better to do.

In fact Investors in People is as relevant to businesses with 5 as it is with those of 5000. We have designed a programme which provides a framework to support business growth and improvement by helping to create a stable motivated and well-qualified workforce. In short, our SME programme makes organisations more competitive.

The programme is designed around a series of workshops each of which addresses a specific business process such as business planning, recruitment and selection, and management development with one-to-one support sessions and an Investor in People assessment. These group workshops are interactive and will encourage you to address the specific needs of your organisation.
