IIP Club Network Meetings

 

Investors in People Club 2007 has now come to an end, however, a similar style of events is planned to take place during 2008.

The half-day meetings commence at 9.30am and take place in five different locations: Edinburgh, Glasgow, Stirling/Perth, Inverness and Aberdeen. There will be three meetings in each area planned for 2008.

The network meetings have been designed following an extensive evaluation of the Investors in People Scotland Employer Workshops that ran between 2005 and 2006. During the evaluation, a large proportion of attendees stated that they would like to see more interaction between delegates to share and learn from their experiences.

The meetings will be structured around specific themes and are open to all Investors in People recognised organisations. The main focus of the meetings is to give people a chance to meet with their peers to share issues and problems, successes and experiences. In addition, we would like to invite speakers to the event to share their experiences and how IIP has supported their organisational developments.

A leaflet and booking form for the 2008 meetings will be available to download from April 2008. These documents will give further information on the main themes for the year.
