Investors in People Scotland Series 2 Workshop Programme

You can now book workshop places online using our new IIPS Events page.

The Investors in People Series 2 Workshop Programme has recently been launched and will run from November 2007 through to June 2008. The programme has been designed following a comprehensive review of the first series and is aimed at developing knowledge and understanding of best practice.

All of our workshops are designed to help to develop skills, knowledge and behaviours which will add value to Investors in People organisations. Our workshops are facilitated by highly qualified and experienced trainers and can highlight new ways of adapting and introducing best practice into your own organisation.

Series 2 is broken down into the following three categories:

Programme 1 will focus on developing the individual's basic knowledge of the Investors in People Standard, and developing an understanding of how the framework can be applied to improve the performance of the business.

Programme 2 will focus on stretching an individual's knowledge and skills beyond the boundaries of the Investors in People Standard into broader areas of business development and people management.

Programme 3 will focus on any specific needs with workshops delivered at a venue of your choice.

Workshop Booking Terms and Conditions

Registration and Payment:

On receipt of your booking form, a confirmation email will be sent and joining instructions will follow a month before the workshop. We will send you an invoice (prices exclude VAT) and payment must be received before the date of the workshop or 30 days from the invoice date, whichever is earlier. Investors in People Scotland accepts payment by cheque or BACS transfer.

Cancellations, Substitutions and Non-Attendance:

We know that cancellation can occasionally be unavoidable, and we will do our best to keep charges to a minimum.

You can substitute another delegate, or cancel 4 weeks or more before a course at no charge. For cancellations 2-4 weeks before the course, 50% of the applicable fee will apply. For cancellations within 2 weeks of the course, 100% of the applicable fee will apply. For any bookings made within 2 weeks in advance of the course, cancellation after 2 working days will regrettably attract the full payment.

There may be circumstances where we have to cancel courses at short notice if dates are under-subscribed, and strongly recommend that delegates check with us prior to booking travel arrangements, unless IIPS has confirmed the date by sending joining instructions.
