The Advocates Programme
The Investors in People Scotland Advocates Programme is designed to increase the use of Investors in People among organisations in Scotland by drawing upon the experience, enthusiasm and commitment of people with first-hand experience of the application and impact of Investors in People in their own organisation.
Advocates will be asked to commit a maximum of one day per year to activities aimed at helping us to promote the benefits of Investors in People to other organisations, which could be in the form of a one-to-one meeting, group workshops or an event.
Public relations programme
There is also an option for Advocates to take part in the PR programme, which would involve Advocates being available to speak to journalists about Investors in People.
