Welcome to the Investors in People Scotland Advisor search facility
How it works
This facility is designed to allow clients to select a suitable Advisor based on sector, region and size. The search creates a shortlist of Advisors and information such as experience and qualifications can be viewed in greater detail.
Investors in People Scotland provides this facility as an intermediary, and any cost incurred from working with the Advisor is agreed between the Client and Advisor.
All Advisors on this database are fully quality-assured through Investors in People Scotland, and undergo continual professional development and review in order to provide you with confidence in their skills, knowledge and the best possible service.
Types of Advisor
We offer different categories of Advisor registration, and this may impact on which Advisor you would prefer to work with.
| IIPS registered Advisors | |
| These Advisors are registered to work with Investors in People within Scotland. They are fully trained and experienced specialists in Investors in People and undergo rigorous assessment, development and review processes. | |
| IIPUK registered Advisors | |
| These Advisors are on the Investors in People UK national register, which means they are registered to work throughout the UK and internationally. They are fully trained and experienced specialists in Investors in People and undergo rigorous assessment, development and review processes. | |
| SFEDI registered Advisors | |
| These Advisors are registered with the Small Firms Enterprise Development Initiative through Investors in People Scotland to work as general business Advisors throughout the UK. They are continually developed and assessed in the full range of business advisory skills. However, they may not have specialist Investors in People experience and knowledge unless they are also registered as an Investors in People Advisor (see below), although they will be specialists in different areas of business development and in working with different types of organisations. | |
| IIPS/ SFEDI registered Advisors | |
| This registration means the Advisor is registered as a specialist Investors in People Advisor to work within Scotland and as a generalist business Advisor throughout the UK. | |
| IIPS/ IIPUK registered Advisors | |
| This registration means the Advisor is registered as a specialist Investors in People Advisor to work in the UK and internationally, and as a generalist business advisor throughout the UK. |
