Investors in People Interactive can provide a great starting point for you. Most organisations use an Investors in People Advisor to help them get started and to put in place an action plan for improvement.

There's also a range of support available from Scottish Enterprise, Highlands and Islands Enterprise, and Investors in People Scotland's highly rated Development Workshops.
