Our online tool includes downloadable information about Investors in People and a diagnostic element that allows you to compare your organisations against the themes of the Standard.

It sets out questions about how an organisation is performing, and points to areas where further work or improvements are needed.

 

What Does It Involve?

The question-and-answer session takes around 20 minutes. The 10 themes of the diagnostic tool reflect the 10 themes of the Standard

However, it is not necessary to complete all 10 themes. You can choose as many as you like and return to the tool at a later date.
