Skills Transfer Programme
What is it?
The Skills Transfer Programme is designed to transfer Investor in People skills into private and public sector organisations and thereby create pools of internal Practitioner and Reviewer expertise.
Successful participants will be registered with Investors in People Scotland and can help your organisation work towards recognition as an Investor in People.
The programme is delivered in two stages, combining workshops, hands-on experience, knowledge tests and pre and post-course exercises.

What Does It Involve?
Skills Transfer is designed to develop Internal Practitioners who are competent to carry out Health Checks and provide advice on how you can best work towards Investor in People recognition.
