What Does It involve?
You will be assessed against the Recruitment and Selection Model by a qualified and nationally registered Assessor.
They will visit your organisation to carry out an in-depth review of your approaches to recruitment and selection, define good practice and identify opportunities for improving your recruitment and selection processes in the future.
