Investors in People Scotland has established a business development programe in association with Scottish Enterprise to help deliver improvement and performance within small to medium enterprise organisations in Scotland.
The Improvement Programme provides a straightforward framework for delivering business improvement through people. It has been designed specifically for small to medium sized business and is flexible enough to apply to any nature of organisation.
Key elements of the programme include one-to-one advisory support, interactive online support and workshops in Edinburgh, Glasgow and Ayr. The programme also allows participating business and organisations to work towards achieving Investors in People status by undertaking Investors in People Assessment at a suitable time following the programme.
The Improvement Programme advisors are independant, objective professionals who will help stimulate and challenge employers and employees to encourage growth and business advancement.
