01/11/07 : New series of Development Workshops launched!
Following the success of series one of Investors in People Scotland's Development Workshops, the second series has now been launched and will run from November 2007 to June 2008. The programme has been designed following a comprehensive review of the first series and is aimed at developing knowledge and understanding of best practice.
The new series is broken down into three categories:

Programme 1 |
Focusing on developing the individual's basic knowledge of the Investors in People Standard and an understanding of how the framework can be applied to improve the performance of the business. |
Programme 2 |
|
Stretching an individual's knowledge and skills beyond the boundaries of the Investors in People Standard into broader areas of business development and people management. |
Programme 3 |
|
Can focus on any specific needs, with workshops delivered at a venue of your choice. |
