The Investors in People Framework

Investors in People is about continuous business improvement and helping your organisation meet your objectives through a framework of good practice.

The heart of Investors in People is a flexible framework of 10 indicators of good practice based on the principles of the business planning cycle; Plan, Do, Review. Companies can achieve IIP accreditation by undertaking an assessment based on the evidence requirements of level 1 of the indicators (which constitute the Standard).

In response to client demand, Investors in People is now more flexible, giving you the chance to customise how you work with us according to your organisation's individual business requirements. You can select from the IIP framework aspects which you would like to be incorporated into the assessment to maximise the impact the recommendations will have on the progression of your business.
