Development Workshops


Our range of Development Workshops are designed to help you develop skills, knowledge and behaviours which will add value to your organisation and promote continuous improvement. They are facilitated by highly qualified and experienced trainers and can highlight new ways of adapting and introducing best practice into your organisation.

Programme 1 - Introduction to Investors in People

Designed for organisations just beginning to work with us, workshops in programme 1 focus on the individual's basic knowledge of the Investors in People framework and developing an understanding of how the framework can be used to improve the performance of the business.

Programme 2 - Business improvement, Development and Effectiveness

Designed for Recognised organisations, workshops in programme 2 stretch an individual's knowledge and skills beyond the boundaries of level 1 (The Standard) of the Investors in People framework into broader areas of business development and people management.

Programme 3 - Bespoke workshops

Focus on any specific need, with workshops delivered at a venue of your choice.
