Internal Review is an assessment option which allows you to take ownership of the assessment by developing your own Internal Reviewers who collect evidence on behalf of the Investors in People Scotland Specialist.

All those involved in the process must be deemed competent to fulfil the role and must meet the Practitioner competence requirements set by Investors in People UK. Investors in People Scotland can deliver a two or three day training programme and a range of support packages to help you develop Internal Reviewers.
